When will you ship my order?

Available stock will usually be handled and shipped within 3-5 business days.

On occasion we will run pre-order on specific styles, clearly marked ‘pre-order’. Usually we work closely with small companies or independent tailors or produce in house.
We will provide expected shipment dates, but due to different reasons, there may be delays in shipment (due to holiday season, sickness,… in our production chain). In this case we will keep you updated.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail of shipment and tracking code.

Will I be charged additional taxes or duty?

Customers outside of the EU are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by the local customs office on delivery to the country. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control. If you are concerned about these charges, we recommend you contact your local customs authority prior to purchasing, in order to calculate the final landed price inclusive of all taxes.

All our prices include 19% VAT. Customers outside of the European Union will have the VAT charge removed in the checkout process. You are responsible to handle the local import tax that may occur on your international purchase.

ORDERS + RETURNS

How can I cancel or change my order?

You have the right to return the received products without reason within 14 days by post. Nevertheless we appreciate your feedback!
If you would like to return a product please give us prior notice by emailing to shop@edogoods.com. The products(s) must be unused, with all labels and in their original condition.

We cannot provide free returns. Please also keep in mind, that returns cost money and time that we can hardly carry as a small company. We handle and ship each order with love and our own hands.

You will get your original delivery cost refunded when all the product(s) of an order are returned.

If you wish to exchange for a different style, we might ask that you request a refund and place a new order for the new item. But please send us an e-mail first, usually it’s not necessary.

If you are unsure about your size and measurements, please contact shop@edogoods.com. We will hapilly assist you since we appreciate if you order one size per style instead of multiple.

How about customized or made to order pieces?

Customized items cannot be returned.

Preorders may be returned, but please be aware that the garments will still be made for you at a reduced rate.
Thus we kindly ask you to study our measurment information carefully or visit us in our showroom before placing your order.
In case you have any doubts about the fit, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to advise you personally on our sizing.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process all returns within 2-4 working days of receiving them. If you payed via Paypal, we’ll refund via Paypal. If you payed via bank transfer, please e-mail us your IBAN.
